Landi Renzo has completed a capital increase

Landi Renzo SpA has raised funds to further develop its plans and future investments.

Landi Renzo SpA designs automotive gas distribution systems. It operates through the automotive business segment, mainly in the design, manufacture and sale of mechanical and electronic systems and components for the use of automotive gas and anti-theft alarms, through the original equipment manufacturer and aftermarket channels.

Oaklins Italy’s parent company Banca Akros acted as equity capital market advisor in the capital increase of Landi Renzo.

The transaction was closed with Kartesia, the European specialist provider of capital solutions for small- and mid-sized companies, in partnership with CVI, a private debt investor based in Warsaw, Poland.
