English Landscapes has acquired Western Landscapes Limited

English Landscapes, a portfolio company of Elysian Capital LLP, has completed the acquisition of Western Landscapes Limited. Financial terms of this transaction have not been disclosed.

English Landscapes provides outsourced facilities management services such as grounds maintenance, with a primary focus on public sector clients. This acquisition increases the turnover of the enlarged group to around US$80 million.

Based in Bristol, Western Landscapes Limited trades as Wyevale Grounds Maintenance & Landscaping. The company has an impressive forward order book, serviced from sites across the South of England, and a heritage horticultural brand.

Oaklins Smith & Williamson, based in the UK, advised the buyer in this transaction.
