Greencore Group plc has sold Greencore Water to Highland Spring Ltd
Greencore Group plc, a leading international producer of convenience foods with operations in Ireland, the UK, USA, the Netherlands and Belgium, has sold its bottled water business, Greencore Water, to Highland Spring Limited for a US$26 million consideration. US$14.9 million is payable upon completion, US$4.5 million deferred until the second anniversary of completion and up to US$6.7 million contingent upon the future performance of the business.
Greencore Water is a supplier of customer-branded water in the UK, operating from two facilities located at Campsie Springs in West Scotland and Blaen Twyni in Wales.
