Maxwell Stewart has been acquired by Servest Group Limited

The private shareholders of building services maintenance provider Maxwell Stewart have sold the company to South African-backed multi-service group Servest Group Limited. Financial details have not been disclosed.

Maxwell Stewart provides 24/7 mechanical and engineering services, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning maintenance, for corporate and commercial properties.

Servest Group Limited Integrated solutions company providing building services including security, specialist cleaning, catering, pest control, waste management, consumables, landscaping and washroom services.

Oaklins Smith & Williamson, based in the UK, acted as corporate finance advisor to the seller in this transaction.
