Nicholas is an analyst at Oaklins Italy and is part of the M&A team, focusing on the food & beverage and chemicals industries. He supports clients throughout the M&A process by preparing documents, business plans, financial models, valuations and industry analysis.

Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Nicholas was an analyst at Corporate Finance Associates Italy, an international M&A boutique. He has a master’s degree in management, with a specialization in finance, from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. During his studies, Nicholas completed an internship at Latteria Soresina, a leading Italian dairy company.
