Associate

Sam is an associate at Oaklins DeSilva+Phillips in New York. He is a member of the transaction support team which facilitates transactions through financial modeling, the production of client documentation, buyer list generation, valuation, market research, and leading process administration. Sam has supported various sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions across technology, B2B SaaS, digital media and technology, including the sales of Taunton Press to Active Interest Media, Cider Mill Press to HarperCollins and Epicenter Experience to Stagwell Group.

Prior to joining Oaklins DeSilva+Phillips, Sam interned at SoundBoard Venture Fund, a seed and pre-seed venture fund focused on companies in emerging technology, where he supported due diligence in investments across insurance technology, healthtech and food & beverage. Sam has a BS from the NYU Stern School of Business, where he majored in finance and computing/data science.
