James is a director at IBI Corporate Finance, Oaklins’ member firm in Ireland. He has advised on a wide range of transactions across a number of industries, including industrials, technology, hotel & leisure and online gambling. James has worked on a number of prominent sell-side transactions, including Top Oil, Athlone Extrusions and Aer Lingus. Recently, he advised on the sale of Pathfinder and Arkphire’s acquisition of Trilogy Technologies.

James has a master’s in finance from the Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.
