Tom Godfrey

Tom is the chief executive at IBI Corporate Finance, Oaklins’ member firm in Ireland. He has managed many of the most significant corporate transactions in recent Irish history. In the last few years, Tom has advised the board of Paddy Power on the Betfair merger, Fairfax on their instrument in FBD Plc and NTR on its restructuring.

Tom joined the firm in 1989. He was appointed director in 1999 and chief executive in 2011. Tom graduated with a first-class honors degree in commerce from University College Dublin and a first-class honors MBA from the Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business.
