Collins Capital Desarrollo SCR-PYME SA (Collins Capital) has acquired Grúas y Servicios Adeje, S.L. (Gruassur) from its founding partners for an undisclosed consideration.

Collins Capital is a Spanish private equity fund focused on investment in SMEs.

Gruassur is a leading company in the Spanish roadside assistance sector, operating mainly in Tenerife, Canary Islands.
