Aedes has finalized a rights issue

Aedes S.p.A. has successfully finalized a rights issue to support the objectives of the group’s 2024-2028 business plan and the relaunch of its business.

Aedes is an Italian real estate company that specializes in the management and development of office and retail properties. The company operates through three business units: core, development and trading. The core unit comprises income-generating assets, including retail properties, parks, shopping centers, hospitality assets, clinics and sports facilities. The development unit includes properties at various stages of the authorization process, while the trading unit focuses on assets held for disposal.

Oaklins Italy’s parent company, Banca Akros, acted as the ECM Advisor, as well as the bank responsible for collecting the proceeds and intermediary in charge of managing the auction of unexercised rights in connection with Aedes’ rights issue.
