Jukka Kotovirta

Senior Advisor

Jukka is a senior advisor at Oaklins Merasco in Finland. He has worked for over 35 years in the ICT industry. Having completed a large number of strategy assignments and M&A transactions for both high growth and mature technology companies, Jukka brings a strategic edge to transactions.

Previously, Jukka worked in various managerial positions in sales, product management, strategy and M&A at companies such as Sonera (Telia), Cisco Systems and F-Secure before co-founding Gearshift Group. He has an MSc in Electrical Engineering from the Helsinki University of Technology (Aalto University).
