Alex Cook

Associate

Alex is an associate at Oaklins S&W, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. His role includes preparing pitch documents, financial modeling and analysis, drafting information memorandums and supporting clients throughout the deal process.

Prior to corporate finance, Alex spent more than three years in valuations at S&W, applying various methods to value businesses ranging from small, family-owned enterprises to large listed companies for transactions, commercial purposes, refinancing and investor reporting. He recently passed the CFA Level I exam in the 90th percentile and has the ICAEW/CISI Diploma in Corporate Finance. He also earned a master’s in economics from Lancaster University.
