Domenikss, Mercedes-Benz’s general representative in Latvia, has been sold to Veho

Benita Danilenko, the sole owner and chairwoman of Domenikss, has sold the company to Veho.

Domenikss is the Mercedes-Benz general representative in Latvia and one of the leading companies in the automotive industry in the country. The company was established in 1997, and since then it has been purposefully developing and expanding in the areas of vehicle sales and servicing under Benita Danilenko’s leadership. After the sale transaction, Domenikss will continue its operations within the Veho group as a separate enterprise, keeping its brand, offices and service centers.

Veho is a family-owned car distributor in Finland, Sweden, Estonia and Lithuania. The company offers passenger cars and commercial vehicles manufactured by the Daimler Group, together with a wide range of services, including mobility services. In 2020, Veho’s turnover was US$1.38 billion and it had more than 2,200 employees.

Oaklins’ team in Latvia advised Benita Danilenko as one of the project’s financial consultants throughout the sale process. The team in the Netherlands supported the transaction.
