Jyrki Laune

Senior Advisor

Jyrki is a senior advisor at Oaklins Finland. He has worked for over 20 years as an advisor in ICT, helping technology companies, entrepreneurs and private equity firms in buy- and sell-side M&A transactions, from growth strategy through the mergers & acquisitions process all the way to integration. Jyrki has been the trusted advisor to some clients for up to two decades, and brings his hands-on approach and wealth of expertise to every transaction.

Jyrki started his career in M&A as a managing partner in Enabla Oy in 2000, which later merged with Gearshift Group where he worked as a partner from 2005, followed by a merger with Oaklins Finland in 2020. He has an MSc in Engineering from the Helsinki University of Technology (Aalto University).
