Dennis Pacius

Associate Director

Dennis is an associate director at Oaklins Finland. He has advised on buy-side, sell-side and fundraising projects in various sectors, including building materials, real estate, energy and social services. Notable transactions he has worked on include the sales of Devecto, Syslore and Lunawood and the acquisition of Kiinteistömaailma by private investors.

Prior to joining Oaklins, Dennis worked for Deloitte’s transaction services team in Helsinki, where he advised on numerous buy- and sell-side transactions for both private equity and strategic players. He has a master’s in accounting from the Hanken School of Economics.
