Elokuuta 2025 — ServeTek on hankkinut Finlec Oy:n, Tämä yrityskauppa merkitsee ServeTekin laajentumista Suomen markkinalle ja luo uusia mahdollisuuksia tulevalle laajentumiselle.
Uusi pohjoismainen yhtiöryhmä ServeTek on Aspira Partnersin omistama kasvualusta, joka on nopeasti noussut johtavaksi toimijaksi foodservice ja hygienialaitteiden jälkimarkkinoilla.
Finelec Oy tarjoaa asiakkailleen myynti-, huolto- ja asennuspalveluja ammattipesulalaitteille ja kodinkoneille sekä tarjoaa tilanvarausjärjestelmiä. Yritys toimii lisäksi tanskalaisen Nortec-brändin pesulalaitteiden ja tilanvarausjärjestelmien maahantuojana.

Oaklinsin Suomen-tiimi toimi ruotsalaisen Aspira Partnersin ja sen vasta perustetun pohjoismaisen alustan, ServeTekin, taloudellisena neuvonantajana Suomen markkinoihin liittyvässä yritysostossa.
