Census Group on ostanut SYS Audit Oy:n
Maaliskuuta 2026 — Ruotsalaisen Aspira Partnersin tukema Census Group on ostanut SYS Audit Oy:n, Lecklé Oy:n, Tiliextra Oy:n, Tase-Koivu Oy Tilintarkastusyhteisön, HJL Audit Oy:n ja Auditus Tilintarkastus Oy:n. Nämä yritysostot merkitsevät uuden asiantuntijaryhmän syntymistä Suomen tilintarkastus- ja neuvonantopalveluiden kentälle. Nyt perustettu ryhmä on Aspira Partnersin, yrittäjien ja avainhenkilöiden yhdessä omistama, ja heitä yhdistää yhteinen visio sekä vahva sitoutuminen pk-yritysasiakkaisiin.
Census Groupin yhtiöt tarjoavat tilintarkastus- ja neuvontapalveluja pk-yrityksille ja niiden omistajille, julkisyhteisöille, asunto-osakeyhtiöille, yhdistyksille ja säätiöille. Neuvontapalvelut kattavat verotuksen, juridiikan sekä yrityskauppojen suunnittelun ja toteutuksen.
SYS Audit Oy on tilintarkastus- ja neuvontapalveluiden tarjoaja, jolla on seitsemän toimistoa ja noin 50 ammattilaista Keski-Suomessa, Savossa, Etelä-Pohjanmaalla ja Uudellamaalla.
Roolimme transaktiossa
Oaklinsin Suomen-tiimi toimi Aspira Partnersin taloudellisena neuvonantajana Census Groupin perustamisessa. SYS Audit Oy oli yksi kuudesta yhtiöstä, jotka yhdistettiin uuden alustan muodostamiseksi.
