Bank of Ireland Group has acquired J & E Davy Holdings Limited, (subject to regulatory approval).

Bank of Ireland Group is a diversified financial services company offering asset management, life insurance and investment services.

J & E Davy is Ireland’s largest stockbroker, wealth manager, asset manager and financial advisor, and has offices in Dublin, Belfast, Cork, Galway (Ireland), and London (UK). Davy offers a range of services to private clients, small businesses, corporations and institutional investors.

Oaklins’ team in Ireland acted as financial advisors to Bank of Ireland in this transaction.
