Julian is a partner at finnCap, the sister firm of Oaklins Cavendish, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. He has over 25 years’ experience in advising on a wide range of IPOs, secondary fundraisings and M&A transactions in the small- and mid-cap space, both on AIM and Main Market. Julian has worked in a wide range of sectors, though has focused on support services clients. Current clients include Lok’nStore Group plc, Alumasc Group plc, Belvoir Group plc, D4T4 Solutions plc and Dignity plc.

Prior to joining the firm in 2013, Julian worked at Peel Hunt.
