Conor Mehigan

Associate Director

Conor is an associate director at IBI Corporate Finance, Oaklins’ member firm in Ireland. He has advised on a wide range of transactions across a number of industries, including financial services, energy, technology and hotel & leisure. Recent transactions include Arkphire’s acquisition of Trilogy Technologies; Bregal Milestone’s growth equity investment into Arkphire; an equity and debt fundraise for Ekco, a B2B cloud services company; Blue Insurance’s sale to Zurich; and a number of undisclosed financial services mandates.

Prior to joining IBI, Conor spent four years working in Deloitte’s transaction advisory team. He has a degree in finance from University College Cork and is a qualified accountant (ACA).
