Vice President

Key responsibilities
As an Investment Banking Vice President, your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing and leading in the execution of transactions, including project coordination between country, industry and the third party.
  • Advising clients on a broad range of transactions, both for executions and marketing.
  • Participating and organizing management presentations.
  • Reviewing valuations, writing memorandums for M&A and private placement processes, conducting M&A execution and participate in due diligence and drafting sessions for public and private offerings.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree with 6+ years or bachelor’s degree with 8+ years(at least 3 years related to M&A) of experience from an investment bank, consulting firm, private equity or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent analytical, modeling, and client management skills with a strategic and commercial mind set.
  • Industry knowledge in Automobile, Automation, healthcare will be preferred.
  • Proactive, self-motivated with interpersonal leadership and influencing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.

Senior Associate

Key responsibilities

  • Performing financial analysis, strategic business analysis and detailed industry research.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree with 3+ years or bachelor’s degree with 5+ years(at least 2 years related to M&A) of experience from an investment bank, consulting firm, private equity or equivalent experience.

Associate

Key responsibilities

  • Contributing to the production of presentation materials, preparing transaction documents, conducting due diligence.
  • Preparing and contributing to delivery of client presentations and interacting well formally and informally with client personnel at all levels.
  • Performing financial analysis and detailed industry research.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 years of experience from an investment bank, management consulting firm, private equity or equivalent experience.

Junior Associate

Key responsibilities

  • Working as a part of the deal team to support seniors in deal origination and execution.
  • Contributing to the production of presentation materials, prepare transaction documents.
  • Supporting in conducting due diligence and performing market and industry research, financial valuation and analysis.
  • Participating in discussions about client-related topics, and working on every aspect of a live transaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong accounting, finance and business writing skills.
  • A self-starter with ability to master new tasks quickly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • A well-rounded academic background from renowned university.

Interns

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Interns will gain exposure to seniors mentoring as well as learn different processes and improve technical skills and participate in the live transaction. We seek candidates who are eager to learn and keen to explore, have a strong academic background, a passion for cross-border M&A and collaborative team player. You have opportunities such as comprehensive exposure to each aspect of an investment banking career. Sharpening all your skills required for a success in the financial world.

Special qualifications include:
At least 3 working days attendance every week. Senior or postgraduate student with education background in financial, accounting or other related majors. CFA, CPA and business school student is preferred. Fluent in written and spoken English & Chinese is a MUST. Especially for translation work. Must be able to work under pressure, hardworking and independently.
