Oscar is a director at Oaklins Netherlands and is responsible for the food & beverage team in the Netherlands. With broad experience in sell-side, buy-side, corporate divestment and related advisory assignments, notable transactions he has worked on include the sale of Alpine to Vendis Capital, the sale of Pokon Naturado to Evergreen Garden Care, the sale of Bresc to Hügli and several divestments and acquisitions for TBI Holdings, including the sale of Alfen to Infestos.

Oscar has a degree in finance from the Free University in Amsterdam and has been working in M&A since 2001.
