Elixirr International has completed an IPO fundraising

Elixirr International plc has raised funds through an IPO. The fundraising will be used to pursue the company’s acquisition strategy.

Established in 2009, Elixirr International is engaged in providing business transformational consulting services.

Oaklins Cavendish’s sister firm finnCap, based in the UK, acted as the nominated advisor and sole broker in this transaction.

“It has been a pleasure getting to know and working with the Oaklins Cavendish team despite the limitations of lockdown. Throughout this process they have given pragmatic and considered advice which has culminated in an outstanding fundraise with a blue-chip institutional register. The AIM admission will allow Elixirr to incentivize its employees through shared ownership that will cement our common purpose and drive the business forward. The additional capital will allow us to execute our acquisition strategy so that we can continue to deliver outstanding growth for the benefit of all our stakeholders. We are looking forward with great optimism to the next step of our journey.”

Prestige Inhome Care has found a long-term strategic partner

Prestige Inhome Care has received a growth capital investment from Yorkway Private. The newly formed partnership will provide growth capital for geographic expansion, increasing Prestige’s range of services and potential future acquisitions. The investment in Prestige is in line with Yorkway’s mandate to invest in leading Australian mid-market companies with strong management teams, backed by significant growth tail winds, as is the case in the aged care industry.
