Noritsu Koki Co., Ltd. has sold Dental Holding Inc. to Advantage Partners Inc.

Dental Holding is a distributor of dental materials and supplies and provides related services through its subsidiary Feed Corporation. Feed launched the first mail-order catalog for dental clinics in Japan in 1987 and has been contributing to the development of dental and oral medicine as an innovator in the dental distribution industry ever since.

Advantage Partners is a private alternative investment firm that provides services to private equity and other funds. Since its founding in Japan in 1992, Advantage Partners has built one of the strongest alternative asset platforms in Asia and remains dedicated to nurturing portfolio companies into firms that remain resolutely competitive. Founded in 1951, Noritsu Koki is a Tokyo Stock First Section listed public conglomerate specializing in manufacturing and healthcare businesses.
