White Rock Minerals has raised funds via a placement
White Rock Minerals Ltd (ASX:WRM) has raised funds to expedite mining activities at Woods Point gold project, recapitalize the Morning Star gold mine and gold processing facility as well as support working capital.
White Rock Minerals is a minerals resource exploration and development company. The company’s primary activities are focused on the development of its three key assets: Woods Point gold project, Red Mountain and Mt Carrington. Their portfolio provides investors with diversification through high-quality projects at differing developmental stages, exposed to different commodities in two jurisdictions.
Oaklins’ team in Australia acted as joint lead manager, alongside Viriathus Capital, to assist White Rock Minerals in raising funds.
