Software Mind has acquired an equity interest in Virtualmind to leverage its growth in Latin America.
Virtualmind is a nearshore software outsourcing company, with over 15 years in the market and more than 100 employees. It is focused exclusively on developing software and mobile solutions for US customers.
Software Mind is a global IT service and software outsourcing company, with over 500 employees and 22 years in the market. The company was founded in 1999 in Poland.
Oaklins’ team in Argentina acted as sell-side advisor to the shareholders of Virtualmind on the sale of their equity interest in the company.
