Conor Pritchard

Analyst

Conor is an analyst at Oaklins Smith & Williamson, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. His focus is on the preparation of pitch documents, sales materials and supporting clients throughout the transaction process.

Before joining the firm, Conor worked in the restructuring team at Grant Thornton, which involved supporting clients in financial distress covering the banking and finance sectors. He has also gained experience through his completion of an internship at Palatine Private Equity, focusing on both deal origination and transaction support. Conor has a BA in Business Management from the University of Leeds and is currently training to be a chartered accountant.
