Marcus Yong

Director

Marcus is a director of corporate finance at PrimePartners Corporate Finance, Oaklins’ member firm in Singapore. He has many years of experience in corporate advisory transactions and has worked on numerous fundraising (primary and secondary) and merger & acquisition deals. He has broad industry expertise, with his current focus on the food & beverage, healthcare, hospitality, and mineral and mining industries. Marcus predominantly covers the Asia Pacific region, particularly Southeast Asia.

Prior to joining the firm in 2007, Marcus worked at Southern Investment Bank Berhad, where he was involved in deal origination and the execution of corporate finance transactions involving both equity and debt instruments. Marcus graduated from the University of London (in association with the London School of Economics) with a Bachelor of Science (honors) in Accounting and Finance.
