Moran Freight Services has been acquired by PRL Group
The private shareholders of Moran Freight Services (MFS) have sold the company to PRL Group for an undisclosed consideration.
MFS was established in Dublin in the early 1970’s. Since then, the company has experienced significant organic growth and is now recognized as a major player in the logistics sector in Ireland, UK and Europe, and has developed a reputation for quality service provision on a global basis. MFS operates in sectors such as retail, consumer electronics and pharmaceuticals.
PRL Group specializes in market place partnerships built on in-market sales and supply chain solutions covering ambient, chilled and frozen and pharma sectors for a wide range of Irish and multinational companies. From its headquarters in Dublin, PRL Group operates a comprehensive warehousing and distribution network, servicing the island of Ireland with tailor-made delivery solutions. The company's clients include major companies from the pharmaceutical and food and drink sectors.
