Post Office Insurances has sold Bank of Ireland's equity stake to Post Office
The Bank of Ireland Group has sold its share in Post Office Insurances to Post Office. Financial details have not been disclosed.
Post Office Insurances was a joint venture between the Bank of Ireland Group and the Post Office in the UK.
Post Office is the largest retail network and the largest financial services chain in the UK with almost 11,800 branches.
The Bank of Ireland Group is a commercial bank operating in Ireland and the UK
Oaklins' team in Ireland advised the Bank of Ireland Group on the sale of its shareholding in Post Office Insurances.
