La Rousse Foods has been acquired by Aryzta AG
The private shareholders of La Rousse Foods have sold the company to Aryzta AG for US$30 million.
La Rousse Foods is an independent, Irish-owned company specializing in the supply of fine foods to premium food establishments since 1992. The company has its own temperature-controlled logistic fleet. La Rousse Foods offer a wide range of fresh, seasonal and innovative produce from a network of local and international producers. Food safety and quality is paramount to the company.
Aryzta is a food business based in Zurich with operations in the Americas, Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand. It is incorporated in Switzerland and has listings on the SIX Swiss Exchange and the Irish Stock Exchange.
Oaklins' team in Ireland advised the shareholders of La Rousse Foods on the disposal of the company.
