Eschmann Holdings Limited has been acquired by Steris plc
Sisk Group has sold Eschmann Holdings Limited (Eschmann) to Steris plc for US$41 million.
Eschmann is a British manufacturer of surgical equipment for hospitals, GP surgeries, and dental practices in both the private and public sectors. The company designs and manufactures a range of market leading products, including: powered operating tables, operating table accessories, specialist operating tables, operating theater lighting systems, surgical suction units, benchtop autoclaves, electrosurgery units and accessories such as smoke evacuation units, monopolar and bipolar forceps, scissors and electrodes.
Steris plc is a leading US company that develops, manufactures and markets infection prevention, contamination control, microbial reduction and surgical support products and services, focused primarily on the critical markets of healthcare, pharmaceutical and research, and medical device companies.
Sisk Group is a diversified international business involved in construction, healthcare, distribution, manufacturing and property development businesses..
