Aer Rianta International W.L.L has acquired Cyprus Airports (F&B) Ltd
Aer Rianta International W.L.L has acquired CTC-ARI (F&B) Ltd from Ermes Department Stores Plc for US$9 million.
Aer Rianta International (Middle East) W.L.L. provides airport retailing and operational management consultancy services to airports in the Middle East. The company, based in Manama, Bahrain, was founded in 1990 and operates duty free stores. Aer Rianta International (Middle East) operates as a subsidiary of Aer Rianta International Ltd.
Cyprus Airports (F&B) Ltd was established in January 2007 as a joint venture between CTC-ARI and SSP Louis Airports (F&B) Ltd. The company operates all food and beverage outlets in both Larnaca and Paphos airports and has a variety of international and globally recognized brands such as Burger King, Upper Crust and Caffe Ritazza, among others.
Ermes Department Stores is a Cyprian company engaged in retailing, importing and wholesaling of consumer products.
