Custodian Print Management has been acquired by PRL Group Limited
The private shareholders of Custodian Print Management Consultancy Ltd (Custodian) have sold the company to PRL Group Limited. Financial details have not been disclosed.
Established in 1992, Custodian is an independent Irish business offering managed services in design, digital, print, procurement, warehousing and logistics. The business has a range of blue chip clients across multiple sectors.
PRL Group delivers innovative sustainable solutions to satisfy client's challenges. With a workforce of over 1,000 people, the firm is divided into three core areas: logistics solutions (warehousing, distribution and freight), marketing solutions (brand connection and go-to-market) and integrated services solutions (recruitment, market insight and analytics and technical support).
