Dolmen Engineering has been acquired by NIRAS
The private shareholders of Dolmen Engineering have sold the company to NIRAS. The integration will enable the two companies to strengthen their positions within the European life science and food & beverage sectors and offer a fully integrated suite of services.
Dolmen Engineering is an engineering consultancy specializing in the execution of projects in the pharmaceutical and life science industries. Founded in 2014, the company has expanded its expertise to address all aspects of innovative design solution integration. From feasibility analysis and conceptual design, project execution and management, to commissioning, qualification and validation, Dolmen Engineering has become a full-service provider to leading international companies in the life sciences sector.
NIRAS is an international, multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy with offices in 51 countries and 2,400 employees, working on over 7,000 projects. NIRAS is one of Denmark’s leading consultants in the pharma and life sciences industry. The company also works on process industry projects all over the world, ranging from South Korea’s largest dairy factory to Canada’s largest poultry processing plant, and to breweries in Europe, Asia, Latin America and Africa.
