Ekco Cloud Holdings has received a majority investment from Corten Capital
Ekco Cloud Holdings, a leading founder-led European cloud and cybersecurity provider based in Dublin, has secured the backing of Corten Capital. Upon completion of the transaction, Corten will become Ekco’s majority shareholder and will support Ekco as it continues its growth into a leading European security-led cloud service provider, with operations across the UK, Ireland and the Netherlands.
Ekco is a managed service company providing managed cloud, cybersecurity, cloud backup and disaster recovery services to corporate clients. With a network of infrastructure and security specialists across Europe, Ekco has perfected its approach to supporting digital transformation.
Established in 2019, Corten Capital has a unique approach to private equity, seeking to back and partner with a limited number of B2B software and services platforms and to support entrepreneurial teams to accelerate their vision and deliver sustainable growth with a long-term perspective. The firm supports companies across Europe and North America.
Oaklins’ team in Ireland has advised the shareholders of Ekco Cloud Holdings on its significant investment by Corten Capital.
