The company is the French leader in real-time customer data qualification and processing for data quality. Capency serves over 480 clients across various sectors, including retail, e-commerce, automotive and financial services, where customer data is a critical marketing asset. Its solutions help improve data reliability, enhance return on investment (ROI) and optimize the customer experience. Notable clients include Renault, Sézane, L'Occitane, Chanel and Jardiland.

The DQE Group is Capency’s direct competitor in France, specializing in customer DQM solutions for over 400 clients, both domestically and internationally.
