Paul Capital Investments LLC has been acquired by the management team
The Bank of Ireland Group (BIG) has sold its 50% holding in Paul Capital Investments LLC (PCI), a private equity fund, to the firm's existing management team. Financial terms of this transaction have not been disclosed.
This sale represents BIG's exit from institutional fund management and the completion of another element of the Group's EU Restructuring and Viability Plan.
