Conor Guerin

Manager

Conor is a manager at Capnua, Oaklins’ member firm in Ireland. He has been involved in multiple buy-side, sell-side and debt financing transactions, primarily focused on the engineering and healthcare sectors. Most recently, he advised Ethos Engineering on its sale to Exponent and Uniphar PLC on a number of buy-side mandates.

Prior to joining Capnua, Conor worked in the capital markets team at Davy Stockbrokers in Dublin. He graduated from University College Dublin with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2019 and qualified as a chartered accountant in 2023.
