Intermix Met has obtained strategic advice on corporate and debt restructuring.
Intermix Met is a chemical and metallurgical plant located in the Stavropolsky province in Russia that produces a wide range of aluminum ligatures and alloys, rare-earth metal compounds and copper sulfate. The company's products are used in the heavy manufacturing, defense, construction and agriculture industries. Intermix Met has clients worldwide, actively exporting products to more than 50 countries in the EU, CIS, Pacific Region and South America. The company filed for bankruptcy and its operations were put on hold in mid-2018.
Oaklins' team in Russia hold negotiations with major creditors and reached an agreement on debt restructuring. The new turnaround strategy was developed and implemented. As a result, Intermix Met resumed its operations, stabilizing the production circle.
