Bezeq Israel telecommunications has issued bonds worth US$207 million
Bezeq Israel Telecommunications has completed a fundraising to further develop the company.
Bezeq is Israel’s leading telecommunications service provider. Established in 1984, the company has led the country into the new era of communications, based on the most advanced technologies and services. Bezeq and its subsidiaries offer a full range of communications services, including domestic, international and cellular phones, broadband internet and other data communications, satellite-based multi-channel TV, and corporate networks.
Oaklins’ team in Israel advised Bezeq and acted as a member of the distributors’ consortium.
