Menivim – The New REIT Ltd. is a real estate investment trust (REIT). The company is managed according to the accepted REIT fund format with respect to its activities, transparency, financial relationships, dividend distributions, management fees and commitment to its investors. Menivim was established in 2015, after successfully raising funding from several investors. The company owns income-yielding properties spanning a total of ​​approximately 207,000 sqm and approximately 38,000 sqm of parking space.
