Mārupes Grupa has obtained strategic advice to attract financing
The shareholders of Mārupes Grupa have completed an evaluation of the company's current strategy, business segments, corporate structure, organization, financial planning, and regulatory alternatives, in order to attract financing.
Mārupes Grupa is the largest vegetable producer in Latvia. It also operates in the food processing and real estate sectors and has significant energy operations through several combined heat and power (CHP) plants. The group owns fields for open-air crops, modernized greenhouses that use its in-house, CHP-generated electricity, as well as other real estate and logistics facilities.
Oaklins' team in Latvia advised Mārupes Grupa on corporate restructuring, organization and planning as well as prepared a business case to attract financing.
