discoverIE Group Plc has completed a US$36.5 million fundraising to fund the acquisitions of Hobart Electronics and Positek Limited.
discoverIE (LSE:DSCV) is an international group of businesses that designs, manufactures and supplies highly differentiated, innovative components for electronic applications. With 4,400 employees, the group is present in 23 countries and has 25,000 customers.
Oaklins Cavendish’s sister firm finnCap, based in the UK, acted as joint broker to discoverIE Group Plc.
