Yooli has sold a minority stake to La Poste Santé & Autonomie and La Poste Ventures

Yooli has sold a minority stake to La Poste Ventures, the investment fund of La Poste Santé & Autonomie, following a process conducted in France and internationally. The entry of La Poste Ventures, a recognized player in the healthcare sector, reflects a shared vision to support the digital transformation of healthcare institutions through pragmatic, secure and user-centric solutions focused on the needs of healthcare professionals and patients.

Yooli is a French health technology software published and one of the two leading providers of patient portals in France. The company offers a fully interoperable platform that digitizes the entire patient journey for public and private healthcare providers. Built on an interoperable technology stack that integrates seamlessly with all existing hospital information systems, Yooli's offering is highly adaptable and addresses the digitalization needs of all market stakeholders, from small clinics to large hospital groups, in both the public and private sectors. Its mature, high-performance and vendor-independent platform is well positioned to support the ongoing digital transformation of healthcare institutions.

La Poste Santé & Autonomie is the health and care division of La Poste Group, launched in October 2023 to consolidate and expand the group’s healthcare activities. It combines La Poste’s territorial presence with digital expertise, particularly through Docaposte, to deliver integrated healthcare services and ethical health data solutions. The entity’s strategy is built around two core value chains: human-centric services that support prevention and at-home care for people facing chronic conditions or loss of autonomy, and digital services that securely manage and leverage health data to improve care efficiency, quality and innovation for healthcare professionals and industry partners. La Poste Santé & Autonomie aims to use this dual model to become a reference partner in the healthcare ecosystem, optimizing care pathways and responding to broader health system transformation needs.

La Poste Ventures is the venture capital arm of La Poste Group, launched in 2023 to invest in startups with a positive societal and environmental impact. The fund supports early- and growth-stage businesses aligned with the group’s priorities, notably in logistics, digital trust, data, smart cities, e-commerce and sustainable services. It combines financial investment with industrial partnerships, leveraging the group’s scale, assets and distribution networks to accelerate the growth of its portfolio companies. The fund aims to foster long-term value creation while contributing to major societal transitions, including decarbonization, inclusion and digital sovereignty.

Oaklins’ team in France served as the exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of Yooli to structure and execute the transaction. The team supported the company in identifying and approaching qualified strategic and financial investors to finance its next phase of development and provide partial or full liquidity to existing shareholders, a significant proportion of whom were individual healthcare practitioners.
