Sameer is the head of investment banking at YES Securities, Oaklins’ member firm in India, and has over 22 years of experience across US and Indian markets. He has advised clients on M&A transactions, private equity, restructuring and special situation financing transactions, with a collective deal value in excess of US$5 billion. His experience spans sectors across consumer & retail, food & agriculture, transportation & logistics and industrials.

Prior to joining YES Securities in 2021, Sameer had worked with Deloitte, InCred Capital, Avista, DLC, Dynergy Inc and Open Prairie Ventures. He completed his MBA at Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and also has a PGDBA in Finance from NMIMS, Mumbai.
