Duncan is a partner at Oaklins Cavendish, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. With over 20 years’ experience in mergers and acquisitions, Duncan leads Oaklins’ financial services team as well as the financial services team at Oaklins Cavendish. Recent transactions include the sale of Berkeley Burke Wealth Management to Ascot Lloyd, the sale of Brolly to Direct Line Group (insuretech) and advising The Art Finance Group on the acquisition of Falcon Private Art.
Prior to joining Oaklins Cavendish, Duncan was a director at Rothschild and more latterly at Deloitte, where he covered banking, specialty finance, asset/wealth management, payments and fintech, executing transactions for clients ranging from global banks and insurers to neo-banks, startups and private equity. Duncan graduated from Oxford University in 1997 with an honors degree in French and history, and also has a Masters in Finance from LBS.
