Jorge is an analyst at ZIMMA Corporate Finance, Oaklins’ member firm in Mexico. He supports the directors and senior advisors in the preparation of marketing materials, financial modeling and industry analysis as well as other deal flow-related matters. He has been involved in several M&A transactions, debt restructurings and fairness opinions across a number of industries, including retail, energy and automotive.

Jorge joined ZIMMA in 2019 and has a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico.
