TEMIS has been acquired by Expert System
The private shareholders of TEMIS have sold the company to Expert System for US$15 million. Expert System and TEMIS join forces to create a leading semantic technology provider for cognitive computing.

Its flagship platform Luxid® identifies and extracts targeted information to semantically enrich content with domain-specific metadata. Luxid® enables professional publishers to efficiently package and deliver relevant information to their audience, and helps enterprises to intelligently archive, manage, analyze, discover and share increasing volumes of information. Founded in 2000, TEMIS operates in the United States, Canada, UK, France and Germany, and is represented worldwide through its network of certified partners.
Expert System is focused on the intersection of technology and language. The company's patented Cogito platform has transformed how technology understands written content and communication, dramatically improving the ability to use all information available for market intelligence, decision making and strategic planning.
