BE Beteiligungen Fonds is a private equity boutique focused on small and mid-size companies. The firm invests in all sectors and its geographic focus is Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Oaklins' team in Germany acted as lead advisor to the seller of alphatronics during the whole process and assisted until closing.
